Im am currently a renter at Presidential Estates with my finance'. We own 2 cars, one which is parked in the normal lot, and my fiance's which is parked in the 2nd parking lot. My fiance's truck has been broken into 3 times, SO MUCH FOR THE SECURITY!!!!! Windows have been smashed out, along with all of his tools, CD's and radio. I would recommend anyone to live here!!! It extrmely dangerous.
