This place is horrible, please do not be fooled by the "model" apartment they show you. I have lived in my apartment for about 6 months and am already looking for a new place to live once my lease runs out. The insulation of your apartment is non-existent so you will freeze in the winter unless you turn your heat up to the max, and then be prepared for the enormous electric bill. Maintenance is non existant, and God forbid someone would think of putting down enough salt and sand out on the steps during freexing weather. Myself and two other tenants went down to the store and bought salt and sand ourselves and were placing it on the steps, when a maintenance guy came up and told us not to do this. The building staff are nice, but inept. The staff take so long to get anything done that you will be praying for that bad attitude having highly efficient staffer that people used to make fun off due to their nasty behaviour. Find a new place to live, becasue the money you save on rent you will lose in heating bills. And the aggravation of things not getting done will make you bitter

I used to live there too. I couldn't wait to leave as well. I bought a house, and my mortgage payment is only a little more than the rent I had there, but it's way more worth it!

I currently live here now.. I woud have to agree the place is horrible and I'm one of the people who have it good here. I live in one of the 3rd floor 2 bedrooms close to the clubhouse and pool. The high cielings look fab at first and then you realize you electric bill will be 4x more than any other apartment you have lived in in your life!!!! I would also have to say the admin staff here are Lazy LAZY LAZY.. this is a free money job for them because people are always looking for a place to live and they often offer "free months rent".. dont be fooled you will pay more than 1 months rent extra in electricity than u are used too it is a trap.. Did I forget to say the Admins are lazy. I often see them during work hours sitting in the clubhouse eating and watching television for hours while the phone rings (if u go to the pool u can observe this first hand)..wtf.!!! Alson don't expect to have anything fixed here. I would have to give the maintenance men here a pass becuase they are understaffed and over worked. but honestly nothing gets fixed. we put in a work order in Jan08.. I'm still waiting for them to show up.. honestly the only thing that gets fixed is the front entrance to the complex and the clubhouse area.. the funny thing is that's the area that perspective tenants only get to see because its next to the model apartment. Parking is a nightmare...I will be moving out as soon as the lease is up.. Don't be fooled by this place.. I thought i could save money living here as opposed to a more upscale place lived the last 3 yr (with my wife and child).. lol at myself this place costs me more.. minimum electric bill will be $100 and thats not being home m-f 8am-6pm and barely every turning on ur heat or ac.. for a while i honestly thought the entire building was hooked up to my electricity. One Word "RUN"
