My fiancee and I moved here in July of 07' and we both really like it here. Other people say this place is horrible I honestly think its a good value for the money. Where else in Quincy can you get a place with 1050 sq feet and only pay around 1100 a month and on the 3rd floor. The people here arent the greatest but they're friendly enough.The office staff is always very friendlt to us although it is next to impossible to get them on the phone. As far as the maintenance goes I guess we're spoiled cuz one of the maintence men lives in our building so everything is fixed very quickly. The only draw back to the place is the parking, only one spot per apt. and the grounds are not kept, its very basic grass lol but hey you can't have everything. Another piece of advice def asked to be shown your apt before you sign the lease. We insisted on handpicking ours from the empty ones available and were happy with it. The installed all new light fixtures and tiled the backsplash before we moved in. I guess they were doing renovations but it is still very nice. Oh and the laundry thats a major con their is one washer one dryer for each buiding,(6 apts) we send ours out its just easiers especially because all of our neighbors have young children. But overall I really like it here.
