I have enjoyed living at presidential estates. My only problem is the upper managment(Pat) is extremely rude and obnoxious towards me a paying tenant. I feel it is extremely inappropriate the way that she handles issues. She should not be in manangement due to her very unprofessional demeanor. If a tenant comes to her, about a situation that needs to be addressed by maintenance, she should listen to the tenant and act accordingly, and not make excuses, especially since it was a safety issue and a lawsuit waiting to happen if some one got hurt. Bottom line if your tenant who is looking out for others ie;protecting your property don't be obnoxious and rude. This tennant was coming to the management out of concern, not to be bullied by the management. Remember....The management has a big responsibility for the propery on the owner's behalf.

That's typical Pat. You're lucky if she returns a phone call, nevermind get maintenance to do anything. Luckily my husband had a rotating schedule when we lived there and he was able to walk down to the Main Bdg during work hours and actually confront her face to face when something needed to be done. He would also make nice with the maintenance crew and on more than one occassion we just went directly to them when we had a problem. I suggest you do the same...or move.
