I have lived at the presidential estates apartments for 6 years and think it is a fairly good complex.
Pros: Spacious units; reasonable rent; good gym; good tennis courts; good swimming pool; good maintenance crew; clean; safe; very convenient to public transport; close to everything
Cons: Limited parking; worn out carpets in the units; always broken washer and dryers; leaky windows; management (Pat) is sometimes rude and it takes a couple of reminders before they get to your maintenance requests.
All in all it is a good value for money.
