Ten Faxon

 

I relocated from the West Coast about 6 months ago and needed a 2 bedroom apartment in the Boston area.

Being accustomed to a luxury style community with nice finishes in LA, I was adamant about finding a similar community in Boston.

During my search, I found Boston to be quite expensive, even in comparison to where I was living in LA.

After narrowing down my search I found Ten Faxon which is just 10-15 minutes outside of downtown Boston.

My commute could not be easier to Boston, with public transportation 100 yards away from the residence.

In fact, unlike myself who takes the commuter train, my wife finds driving to her office which is in the opposite direction of Boston just as easy.

The stainless steel kitchen finishes are beautiful and the hardwood floors are far better than the typical carpet finished apartments for cleaning purposes and people who may suffer from allergies.

Closet space is ample and the floor plan is extremely comfortable.

If I have only one slight complaint, I would make the parking spaces a bit larger in the parking garage.

However, I would recommend Ten Faxon to anyone, especially if you are a commuter by public transportation or by auto.

The staff has been very helpful, pleasant and takes care of all issues or concerns immediately.

Me and my wife are Extremely pleased with Ten Faxon!
