So far this apartment has been great overall, and have lived here for about a year. I was the first occupant in the unit, so everything was in perfect condition. Very nice finishes, appliances, etc. I haven't experienced too many issues about interior noise. I've heard absolutely nothing from the people in the unit below...a litte bit from the people above, and occasional noise from the side apartments, but it's reasonable. I guess if there were big partiers living next to you, the sounds would probably get through...bottom line, it's not completely soundproof, but it's about what you should expect. Windows do a good job of blocking noise...you'll still hear the usual sirens and angry teenagers screaming in the courtyard.

Also, nice gym, and great room for functions. The parking is fine...but I can see it being a problem if you had a bad spot in a corner. I think that some spots they don't even give people because they know they're too tight.

The location is convenient to the T and commuter rail. Overall, very good building, maybe one downside is that the town is a major white-trash hotspot. When you're outside, everyone you see looks like they are on parole.
