The website and onsite tour promote luxury, hassle-free living: Not exactly, unless your definition includes water pressure so low that the shower spray does not reach the back of the tub, hallways that smell of home-cooked Chinese food (think of the graduate student housing near the chemistry lab at your college), a non-functional dishwasher positioned so close to the oven door that you have to let down the oven door to be able to lower the dishwasher door, having repeated maintenance requests go ignored, being treated rudely by the maintenance supervisor, being unable to pick up FedEx/UPS packages unless you are able to get to the office between 9:30 AM-5:30pm M-F. The office claims to be open on weekends but routinely shuts down for average snowstorms and school holidays- not convenient for working professionals or people who travel frequently. Final beef: the nice flat screen plasma TV was removed from the common room/game area for repairs 4 months ago and never replaced. Makes it difficult to invite friends over to watch the game and make use of the nice kitchen and furniture, pool table, etc.
