Great Place - I would definitely recommend it to a friend. The apartments are nice, the grounds well maintained, clean, the area quiet (a mile from the highway, across from a golf course and near Blue Hills Conservation) and the office staff are all quite helpful and friendly. FLEAS I recently moved into an apartment at Neponset Landing. I noticed bite marks on my legs and arms within the first week. I found out that my unit is infested with fleas! The previous occupant had a dog and left behind these awful critters. I want to get the hell out of this place!!!!!

Avoid this building This apartment seems nice when you take the tour, but reality quickly sets in. Please read the negative posts and rent with caution. I could waste time and make a list of all that is wrong, but other posters seem to have done it for me! I do not recommend.

Love it! You get what you pay for. And the price at Faxon Common isn't very expensive.
I enjoy living here. It's very convenient to Walmart and Roche Brothers. When I need to take public transportation, I can do that without walking very far. The staff in the office is loving and caring
