I am a current resident trying to get out of this hell hole. The Management team for Home Properties are the lowest of low when it comes to professionalism. I had an encounter with probably one the the most Trailer Trash Junkies I've ever met for property management. They are rude, unorganized, and UNPROFESSIONAL! They send out eviction notices even if they've received the payment that was sitting in the drawer for 2 wks. Then blame it on the boogie man, for not being entered into the system. Then make you feel like you were the reason why. Checks also have been lost and you would have to cancel your check and issue them another one. I MEAN THIS IS RIDICULOUS! They've been through about 3 different management companies since the 2 years I've lived. Liberty place seems to not have what it takes to keep there residents happy, as they have had about 10 or more people move out in the last 2 months. There apartments are not worth all they make it seems. If you ask for any type of maintenance they ALWAYS give you a hassle and do it on there time. So people please reconsider moving here as there are many other different places that value there residents.
