Beautiful, spacious, fully applianced apartments.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002

I have had the privilege of living first in a 2 bedroom at Liberty place and now in a 1 bedroom.
The 2 bedroom came with two bathrooms, lots of closet space, large bedrooms.
The one bedroom I am in now has one very large bedroom, walk in closet (but not as much closet space as the two bedroom unfortunately) and one bathroom of course.
Both apartments have sliders leading to patios and/or balconies, and there is also a screen door on the slider for those days when you want some fresh air, a good sized dining room, descent sized kitchen with lots of cabinets, central air and heat, dish washer, garbage disposal, standard sized fridge, wall to wall carpets, both of the apartments have large mirrors in the bathrooms. I seem to have more counter space in the one bedroom than I did in the 2 bedroom.
The one bedroom I have has an interesting floor plan, in which there is a half wall dividing the kitchen from the living room and dining room, so when you are at the sink you can still be a part of the conversation when you have company sitting in your living room and you can still watch t.v. while peeling potatoes at the counter.
There is a pool with plenty of reclining sunbathing chairs, along with umbrella covered table and chair sets.
There is also a small exercise room with three or four pieces of exercise equipment.
The front doors of each building are locked and there are buzzer systems in each apartment.
You can also have a satelite system installed as well. Each apartment is set up so it stretches from the front of the building to the back of the building, which is excellent for cross breezes during the summer evenings.
There is enough room on each patio/balcony to have an outdoor table and chairs.
There is not only a smoke alarm in each apartment, but also a heat detector as well.
There is also a good sized room in the rental office complete with kitchen that can be used for small-medium gatherings, that can even be used when the office is closed. (I've seen many birthday parties held in there).
For certain Holiday's the office will host parties for the residents and children, such as Halloween.
The employees at Liberty Place have always been very friendly.
Liberty Place is literally a ten minute drive to the South Shore Plaza, Rte.'s 128/93 and 24. Randolph also boasts one of the best cinemas around. The Commuter Rail is also within a 5 minute drive.
I do not work for Liberty Place, nor have I been paid for my review either. I don't even think they know I have given a review.
We have enjoyed our time here at Liberty Place and will probably stay another few years before moving on to a house.
If you prefer a higher standard of apartment living, then I would suggest you at least visit Liberty Place and see for yourself what I have been describing. You at least owe it to yourself to check it out.
The two bedroom two bath started at $1300 last year, I think that has gone up to $1350. The deposit was equal to one month's rent.
