Mill Village is not a place to live if you are looking for cleanliness, safety, and a pleasant community. This complex is poorly maintained by the management company and the tenants do not respect their own living quarters. Police frequent Mill Village in Randolph. Most units are subsudized housing, though they do not advertise this.... Shopping carriages frequent your lawn, as much as teens frequent the small, dirty laundry facilities. Rent is low, but you get what you pay for. We don?t even want to pick up our mail because it means a trip to the stench filled basement level, where I once saw a friendly cockroach. Things do not get fixed, even though you may leave multiple messages and be told promises of action. The only positive features of this property is its proximity to shopping...a 24-hr CVS and a 24-hr Walgreens, as well as many fast food places. A shooting recently took place here where four shots were fired. The new management company has been here for nearly six months, and the same problems continue. If you are reading this, I assume you would not fit in here.
