I lived here for 2 years and the grounds were well maintained at the time but if you have kids, unless you stay at the pool all day, there is no place for kids to play but in the parking lot which people zoom in and out of. Also, walls & floors are paper thin. If you're not on the top floor you can hear everything through the walls from people going up and down stairs to people walking to their bathrooms. Management was crude & rude (1 wench in particular, if you lived here from 1992-1994 you'll know who I mean). If your only goal is to be within walking distance to a grocery store & 5 minutes from a highway then by all means, but if you'd like a safe enviroment for small children and a quiet place for adults, just pass this place by.
