Resided at Presidential Acres between 1991-1996. Two-bedroom, one-and-half bath unit was spotless upon move-in. New kitchen floor tile. Appliances and light fixtures all in good working order. Large master bedroom with large walk-in closet and half bath. Office staff very helpful. Maintenance staff was always right on top of everything. Never an issue with insects or rodents.
