I am a new resident of Rosemont Square and so far am very pleased with my home. My favorite part is the upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, European style cabnetry, and stylish lighting. Moreover I have a beautiful walk-in closet in my bedroom that fits all my clothes and shoes and even has space for my dresser giving me more space in the bedroom for a desk, bureau, and love seat. The management team downstairs has been very dependable when ever I have needed them. Most impressive is that if I have a maitanence problem there is 24/hr maintanence 7 days a week. Obviously you are facinated with the shiny stainless steel! That 24hour maintenence staff? Have you actualy called them? Or just seen them riding in golf carts? Try calling at 10pm. or better yet on a tuesday durring the day. I wonder what day they come? or what week? And will the " qualified service person" be a 16 year old with 2 screw drivers and a hammer? Try the "pool" in July~ don't forget your towel, and your taser. You'll want to figure out which gang has control of the hood that day. Remember "bloods" are red and "crips" are blue. Good luck with that closet. you may want to hide in there soon.

My experience with maintanence has never been like you described and if you are referring to gang activity taking place on the grounds at Rosemont well that's just rediculous because I have never witnessed that kind of activity. I'm sorry your experience here has been so poor maybe you should go and talk with the staff in the office and see if you guys can work something out together, they've always been very helpful towards me.

This is obviously another BOGUS REVIEW by Beacon Management! This is all LIES! The person who commented on your review and the pool is correct! "Bloods" are red and "crips" are blue, and you better swim fast or they'll come get you! This place is a project! It is unsafe, and has NO SECURITY! It used to have a great security force and great owners. Beacon Management is the worst. Good Luck in that closet! We have fortified ours!
