Since Beacon Properties has taken over, maintenance is now nonexistence. I have been waiting months for appliances to be fixed. The laundry facility and hallways are always dingy and dirty.
Since September of 2007, my rent has increased every 6 months. The tenants who have been here for a while are not allowed to get a year lease - only month to month.
As the saying goes...you don't know how good you have it until it is taken away from you.
