Nice place to live - I have lived in a 3rd Floor, 2 bedroom apartment for 4 years in this complex. I would say that I have enjoyed it. The maintenance is the best I have ever seen- they take really good care of the place, and when you call with a problem, no matter how little or big it is, they fix it that same day. Art and Peter (the maintenance guys) have worked there for years, and you can tell they really care ...Full review of Bitter Sweet Lane Apartments

Bad new manager - I live at Woodview since it still was Mill Village. There have been lots of people in and out the office here since I been living here. The new manager is so bad. I always here her talking about other people who lives here when I go into the office. You should not talk about people who live in your place in front of other people who do. This place was o.k. for a while but now it is getting bad ...Full review of Mill Village

Good amount of space, nice management - Highland House Apartments are nice sized living spaces, a good value in the metro Boston market. They are in need of some modernizing (no dishwashers & cabinets are outdated), and the additional amenities (exercise room & pool) are lackluster. But we were quite happy there for our three years. Parking is plentiful and off-street. Landscaping is average-- it's nothing exciting, ...Full review of Highland House Apartments

Good at taking money, giving it back is another story.... - We were really impressed by Avalon Blue Hills, location is beautiful, property is new, the guy who showed us the property, Justin was nice. We gave the $500 deposit 3 months before the joining date. But, my job relocated and we had to leave the state. We have contacted the property right away and told them we can't move-in and we would like our deposit back, they ...Full review of Avalon Blue Hills

Amazing apartment in a nice location. I originally moved into the complex May of 2009, and unfortunately had to move out due to my roommate vacating (I wish I could have stayed!). The staff of Avalon Blue Hills (Marika, Justin and Gina) were all very understanding and easy to speak with.

I just moved in in late February 2009. I have noticed a lot of work done to the buildings with carpeting and paint. It was a bit noisey but worth it. My neighobors are very friendly and so is the office staff. The grounds are well maintained and it is a great place to have a dog. I would highly

Rosemont Square Since Beacon Properties has taken over, maintenance is now nonexistence. I have been waiting months for appliances to be fixed. The laundry facility and hallways are always dingy and dirty.
Since September of 2007, my rent has increased every 6 months. The tenants who have

Ugh didn't like it at all. Moved to what is now called Francis Crossing. Be prepared for 20 kids at the pool during summer. You can smell other tenants meals being cooked through your vents. The rent is ridiculous and maintenance is always late. During the winter expect the snow to stay in the

Don't bother. OMG, this place is awful! Neighbors wake you up with their loud music at 6am and keep you up with it until 2am. Management does nothing even after tons of calls, cops won't bother coming by to help. You can't have your windows open in the nice weather because of
