I have lived at Briarcliff for well over a year now and love the location... Nice country setting, beautiful pond up the street, onsite picnic areas and a playground.
The apartment I rent is well maintained and I have never had a problem with heat, water, maintenance, neighbors,parking, etc. This may be in part to the real estate company I rent from, Hyde Properties, they're excellent. Other tenants in Briarcliff either own their condo or rent from owners... I have seen their units and they are not as updated as mine.
Access to highways (Rte 24, 44, 495) are only minutes away as well as major supermarkets, shopping centers and restaurants.
I have rented apartments for many years and highly recommend Briarcliff.
