This apartment complex is fine if you like building code violations and major health issues...such as a bathroom receptical with no ground fault so you can electricuit yourself, a ceiling that leaks constantly because the flat roof was damaged and needed to be replaced, mold in the bathroom and surrounding the windows in both the bedrooms, unbelievably appauling security...any key will unlock the building's main entrance and cars broken into three times since I've lived here(my car only once), faulty heating system that took three calls to the maintenance person and one to the main office to fix but it stopped working again till they replace the thermostat, air conditioners frequently don't work but staff blaims tennant stating the product is supposed to freeze over so that it stops working properly and then once you turn it off and it defrosts any thing you have near it is covered in water, electrical wiring exposed, poor ground maintenance including large holes in pavement where it is easy to twist an ankle or fall, and last but not least the worst pot holes and snow removal I've ever seen...lets not repair properly but patch so instead of a hole now there is a large bump or not at all. I had to wait almost a year and a half to have the Maintenance for the bathroom receptical to be replaced. They never fixed the leaking problem and mold, I had to move across the hall to get away from the leaking ceiling because just one side of the roof was leaking severly. They are currently "fixing" the apartment that has the leak (They did repair the roof) but I've seen the work that they are doing and suggest that no one move there...It rained in my living room for more than a year with repeated calls to the owner, building maintenance person, and the main office (Hyde Properties);no one ever tried to fix the problem until the fall of 2004. As I was stating they are repairing the old apartment not by removing the mold infested drywall but by putting some spackle and paint so if you have any alergies to mold (like all humans) then I would suggest not living here. I do not have anything good to say about this complex. MGMT should know who this is by the issues with the complex...Building 110.
