what a pain!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
This property take section8, and low income, but also charges as much as 1900.00 per month if you are over the income guidelines. The move in process is absurd, and there is definately some illegal activity. I called every other day for almost a month and was told that my file was on the managers desk, only to find out the manager was an incompetitent twit. I was there for her to completely talk down to my renter, who was very nice and apologetic for the time it was taking. They have wonderful amenities, but to be honest with you, they definately spent all of the money on them, because the apartments are nice, but nothing extravagant. They do have 2 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom, and a washer dryer if you pay extra for it, and I did finally move in after months of waiting. I don't think I woudl do it all again. I have to be recertified next year, and I can only inagine what that is going to be like. To top it off, lately the fire alarms have been going off every 10 minutes 3 or 4 days per week. And they have a gate up with the dumpster in fromt of it so the smell goes right into your apartment. Gross! And when I say bad things about the office, it is that southern white haired woman, not the other girls.
