The apartments are new construction and of course there are always delays with new construction. Has been a nice place since moving in - The final grounds will be very nice as alot of effort is being put into beautification. The final test will be determining if the management office will enforce the rules for a clean and quiet property. This property is much nicer than anything else in this area.
