The critera is crazy. The apartments are ok looking, but when I looked at an actual unit other than the model, I noticed that the rug didn't have padding under it. I applied about 3 months ago, and am still jumping through hoops. They want nearly perfect credit, perfect landlord history, emoloyment information, and a complete total of all the money I have. I am almost 50, and have put ten dollars in the bank every week since I was 22, so I have a good size savings, and they think because of that, I won't qualify for the low income. Were talking about 10,000 in the bank, and I am considered high income! thats nuts, The apartments are only onefloor, and the format is kind of strange and uncomfortable for some one moving from house, another thing I noticed was that there is a lot of 20 year old girls iwth their kids living here, so as much as they tell me it is goign to be quiet, i dont think it is.
