Do not rent from this place! I do not know personally, anybody reading this. But I feel an obligation to anybody that can draw a breath that anything is better than this place. This place is horrific. The property is what drew me in, its spectacular. The management catered to my every need UNTIL I signed that lease. That is where the relationship ends. They do not, nor do they pretend to care about your needs. They have had mold issues in the past and only addressed them when the Board of Health got involved, they had no choice. What they do have a choice of is the cable service that "they" provide and the internet service, again, that "they" provide which is a minus 50 on a scale of 1-10! Some channels come in fuzzy if at all. The internet has serious lags "if" you're lucky enough to sign on at the time you choose. And don't even think of calling them when they're closed because its "not" an emergency...but then again, neither is mold growing in your closet! If they are open....well, they'll get around to it when they get around to it. I could go on forever how horrible this place is, but I do have a full time job. I would just strongly urge anybody that is considering moving here that you just drive around the building and ask regular tenants about this place. Renting from this or anything associated w/ Gatehouse Management is just asking for misery.

I agree! This place is not worth the money. They purchase cable and an ISP from an outside source at a cheap price and re-sell it to they're tenants and make a killing! They do not even allow Comcast to come in here unless they get a cut of the pie themselves. So they shut their residents out from quality cable/internet service and choose between nothing at all or they're service. At this point I'm ready to pull out the rabbit ears and get dial-up once again!
