WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS...TOLD BY MANAGEMENT THAT THE RENT WOULDN'T GO UP, AND IN FACT, IT DID...SUPPOSED TO BE FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES RIGHT ''.......KIDS DOWN IN BUILDINGS 2 & 3 THINK THEY OWN THE WHOLE AREA, WITH ALL THE PROFANITY WRITTEN ALL OVER THE PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT....REAL NICE FOR EVERYONE TO SEE.....SNOBBY NOSY --- PEOPLE !!, .....THERE HAVE BEEN DIRTY SYRINGES FOUND ON THE GROUNDS,.....ALSO DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ABOUT THE PET ---- ALL OVER THE PLACE. AND THE PARKING, PEOPLE PARK WHEREEVER THEY FEEL LIKE PARKING EVEN IF THEY DON'T LIVE HERE.....GOSSIP ! GOSSIP ! GOSSIP !...........DON'T PEOPLE HAVE ANYTHING BETTER TO DO, IT'S LIKE A GOD--- GRAPEVINE IN HERE.....CAN'T WAIT TO GET THE ---- OUT OF THIS PLACE !!!.......I COULD GO ON...........

I so agree with this person on the many issues. The older kids hang around the park not allowing small children to play. The price for the low income is still high. Snobby neighbors is right, actually the some of the ones that stay home and don't work. They always have something to complain about. Soon you won't even be able to take a dump in your apartment without people complaining. The law does not make another tenant's desire for peace and quiet paramount to children's right to play in their apartment. If you don't like it then go rentor buy a Damm house! For some reason i have also noticed that they tend to put all the families with children and also people of certain races are all in one location and the others in differnt areas. That is illegal it's called discrimination. And they think people don't know that.

What makes you think it was the kids from bldg 2 or 3? I live next to the playground and to be honest it was a kid from bldg 1....Oh and I agree the big kids around the playground but guess what? they are kids to, I rather have my 15 yr old son there than around causing trouble. My only issue is people speeding, the teens seem to love skateboarding but its dangerous because people fly by.
