Hello! I'm very sad to see you've experienced the apartment rental horror, that is, Chestnut Farm (Gatehouse Management). I spent 2 years there and everything you mentioned is correct! The place is beautiful on the outside...but thats where it ends. You nailed everything down to the tee, from the staff, to the parking, to the raising of the rent. No, wait a minute, they raised mine almost 300.00, and I was/am not on section 8 or anything like that! I will tell you that they tried to keep my security deposit for leaving hangers in the closet!! can u believe that!???!!! I threatened to sue the f*ck out of them, and then they said they would send my full check. So let them push...tell them if they push, you'll push back and floor them! They'll listen!!
