Watch out!!! There is a thief in Building #3. He is a 16 year old boy, and management doesn't care. There is so much noise on the 2nd and 3rd floor, and management is afraid to confront the offenders. The rent is unheard of and the increase every year should be illegal. Management is very rude. The people who live there don't know how to drive. The young people fly through there like its a freeway and there are little kids every where. Very Dangerous.
Mold problems too.

I can't believe people!! All that talk and about the kids too! I live here and I never had an issue with nobody and I live on bldg 3 ...I never had anything stolen. GOSSIP ...GOSSIP Get a life!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you ever thought of calling the POLICE if you happen to know that there is a thief on the property? The people who work in the office are not police officers and I imagine that is all that they would do anyhow. I live in building 3 as well... maybe you should try watching out for everyone. As for me I haven't had a problem with living here- management has been responsive, rent is affordable versus the city.

A thief!!! OMG I live in that blg and yes kids are loud so what? Everybody here was a kid and guess what unless you dont have one but kids are noisy. If your to old and that bothers you go to a NURSING HOME. This is kid friendly. I bet the dogs bother you too!! Oh and you should buy a camcorder so you can catch the thief (I bet his colored too) Jesus Christ get a life!!!!!!!!!!

I live here in building 1 but Ive not had any problems yet with theft, knock on wood. The kids are very noisy in the summertime, but thats to be expected. You can deal with nuisance kids in any neighborhood,but dont expect management to pay attention unless they do something like vandalize. People do drive too fast in the parking lot, especially when turning the corner after the mailbox. I dont really think anyone can control that, unless they post a radar there. I think in the summertime after hours, residents from nearby treat the pool like a town pool, since ive seen the kids climb in a minivan after swimming and instead of going to another unit, they drove out onto 104. You would think if they lived here they would go home to their apt to change. these are pretty minor tho, I think i like living here.
