bad idea...

The bad idea actually came from the manager of this apartment complex, who instead of actually addressing our concerns for the horrifying nature of this living environment, told us sarcastically to "go write a review online". Ok, Ethan, that's just what we'll do.
First of all, this could have all been avoided if management had just taken action and actually responded to my repeated attempts to reach a resolution. The crazy old lady downstairs reported us for noise. The noise, however, was simply making too much noise as we walk. Ethan then verified to me that there is a problem with the construction of the apartment and that the beams in the floor are loose. Though the beams were never fixed, someone else moved into that apartment and made the same complaint.
Again, we were written up for excessive foot traffic. I extend a heartfelt apology to all those affected for my abnormally loud walking pattern. As I explained to management, if I had wings, I would fly. Unfortunately, all I have is two loud feet that apparently lead to grounds for eviction.
Yup, eviction was threatened. Because we walk too loudly, thus causing an upheaval somewhere between the floor and the ceiling, we were given an eviction notice.
When I called to discuss the issue, Ethan's only words to me were a varied mixture of, "yup", "what do you want me to do'", and "go write a review about it."
So to you, apartment seeker... I suggest DO NOT live in these overpriced apartments unless you have two intact wings. If by chance you walk too loudly, you may be evicted. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

although I do agree with most of your review, if youre one of the annoying people who park along the curb instead of inside of a space over by buildings one and 2, you deserved to get towed. The asses who do that make it that much more irritating for the rest of us who have to put up with that and everything else. I am not saying its you for sure, but in case you are not and these people are reading this youre, a nuisance, and one day someone is going to hit your car(s) backing up, because of your idiocy. Park in a real space and walk your ass to your door. if you cannot, then get a handicap placard so you have a valid reason to park closer.

Regardless there is never any parking in this complex. Sometimes you have to drive around many times and never find a spot. Everyone has the right to voice how they feel and that is what she is doing. Chestnut Farm is not the place to live if you have little children either. They don't understand that kids run around and make noise actually at one and two but still they are not understanding and they will try to evict you. The staff are nosey and all up in everyone's business. The apartments are way to expensive and continue to go up yearly. They price the apartments how ever they feel. Mold is such a major issue and they try to keep it on the down low when people are moving in. The average person might live there for one to two years then you will move. It's just that awful. Beautiful on the outside but many problems once you get in. Good Luck to you all....Enjoy living there. I am glad I am now gone.
