After writing letters to address issues with our apartment just to get no response...
I went to the club house to speak with ----- -----, Chestnut Farm Apartments Manager, who was incredebly rude and would not speak to me regarding these issues. When problems arrise that need to be addressed, he just looks down at the floor and acts like a little boy and says:
"leave, just leave, I'm letting you out of you lease!".
Seems like they have the wrong person Managing CFA. I'll be sure to contact Gate House Management, the owners of CFA, and have an in depth conversation with them regarding ----- -----s managment skills and the overall issues with this apartment complex. I'm also in the process of filing with BBB and speaking with the DA at Brockton District court regarding further action.
As requested on my way out... -----, heres YOUR review. I'll be sure to write a review on every other Apartment Review website out there as well.

I agree, E t h a n B r o w n is a terrible manager. Very very bad people skills and he seems to avoid confrontation in any situation. A better manager could turn this place around all my complaints stem from him.
