I've been living at Chestnut Farms for 1 year and I have to say I'm completely satisfied with my entire living experience. The community has so much to offer with its fitness area, pool, the business center, and friendly staff. Although I haven't had any problems, the staff is always willing to help me with any of my concerns. I look forward to another year with the Chestnut Farm community!

An obvious fraud! Nobody but the management woudl ever write anything like that. ApartmentRatings.com needs to pull this fraudulent review immediately!

This post is not to be believed - some of the copy used in the post comes straight off the brochure for the apartment complex. To stoop to the level of posting phony reviews is just beyond the pale. The company that runs this complex should be ashamed. But then again, I don't think they know the meaning of the word. They just couldn't be any lower than this. If you rent from people like this, then you deserve what you get.
