If you are considering moving here please take the time to read all the comments below as they are absolutely true. I have talked to almost everyone in my building and nobody here is happy and have multiple complaints. Things are getting worse here: maintenence is not keeping up with maintaining the ground as well as they should. I've complained to the manager of the complex about issues and they never get fixed. He just gives me the run around. They just significantly upped the rent and I am moving the hell out of here. There are no speed bumps in the complex and there are a lot of college students from BSC living here who speed in and out of here. My child was almost hit by a car walking home from the bus stop. I have also heard that theres been a lot of car break ins. Parking is a nightmare! The list goes on and on. Mold growth on the buildings inside and out. Someone posted pictures of it below. Dont ruin your life, you will not be happy here.
