I have only lived here a few months, but am already experiencing the negative comments posted. While I have never posted on a site like this, I wish I had read it prior to moving in. It is very expensive compared to other places in the area, with few advantages for the money. I can hear everything from my neighbors upstairs, walking, puppy running, dropping shoes,alarm clock, etc. They are currently replacing the exterior of the building, so there are obvious mold problems as they remove siding. I have had little problems with the parking, but there is loud traffic and radios going at all hours of the night, with no security. Kinda bummed that this is how it is turning out, considering it looked to be a nice place upon initially moving in. I definitely will not be renewing my lease.
