Great Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I lived in the King Phillip St. residence for 2 years, which is a great place. Well kept landscaping. Very polite management. Very close to grocery store (Market Basket), gas station, Dunken Donuts & Subway. Also accessible to Rte 44. The area is very quite with nice quite neighbors. The mangement is very polite and respond to maintenance promptly. There wern'e many maintenance issues though, only had to call them once during my 2 year stay. Lovely place to have a walk or for children to play. I recommend this place to famillies as well as singles.
