I'm a college student so obviously i don't have a ton of money to spend on rent. For the cost, Riverview Meadows is a nice place to live. I think the apartments are spacious and ours has a nice layout. The only problems I really have is that we can hear our neighbors upstairs because the ceiling must be thin. And we can hear them every time they go out their sliding door onto their balcony. And there's soooo many kids around here it's definitely not peaceful, and the kids have no respect for other people's property because i've seen them throwing footballs and hitting people's cars. Other than that, it's not a bad place to live.
