I've been living in one of the 4-bedroom apartments with my boyfriend and our 2 roommates for about 2.5 years. We love it. Management has always been MORE than quick to deal with any maintanance problems and the grouds are kept up percfectly. Quick and consistant plowing in the winter, lovely landscaping in the summer. I find the parking lots to be very well lit and filled with ample guest spaces for when we have company - of which we are proud to have over. We don't notice an abundance of noise coming from the apartments in front and behind us. Out neighbors nextdoor are a LOVELY family with well-behaved children. Hilda, the apartment manager is very welcoming and friendly and has always been there to answer any questions I've had. Frankly, we love it here. :-) AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

I was a renter, I keep updated with the posts (and happened to be online). I lived there before they put up the cameras and the kids were selling drugs @ the dumpsters. I know it was cleaned up, but there are still a few scum bags there. It is great for a single guy or groups of college kids, but not recommended for a single woman or a family with kids.

I've actually never seen anything shady going on in the 2.5 years I've been here... I find that many of the people seem to be families with kids, as kids are EVERYWHERE!!! LOL but with the exeception of the occasional soft nerf football hitting our cars (doing no damage) we really don't even see them misbehaving - and we are very close to one of the 2 playground areas. Sure, the kids can get loud now and then - what 9-13 year old isn't when they get together with their friends on a playground? And sure, some swear words may fly from their mouths - but really, that's not going to be helped anywhere now-a-days... most often I see the kids being supervised by an adults...
