My husband and I just moved here from Tampa, FL and there are two things we noticed. The first is that we are going to pay out our ears for garbage and the second being that property managers do not care about the landscaping of their properties.

In the first circle we noticed big plastic toys spread all over the yard, granted if you can't afford a house that doesn't mean you can't play in the yard, but pickup after yourself. Other people have to live here with you.

I then noticed an "abandoned" basketball court, my husband was almost excited as he could have had some outdoor exercise during the spring/summer/fall, but that can't even be referred to as a basketball court.

As you go around the bend you see the abandoned bikes and toys in the woods and a couple kids playing with chalk in the road, I am not sure if they were deaf or handicapped but they just stared at us while playing in the road while we were trying to get by.

Last but not least we say this is not for us, the buildings don't look maintained and the surroundings scared us off to begin with and then long and behold we find the ratings and that sealed the deal. Just from a drive through, I would have to believe half of the postings here.

Sorry ya'll this is NOT for us.

I don't know what this person means by "paying for garbage out our ears," but my husband and I really like our apartment here and the property. As far as the landscape nice grass, trees and shrubs, plus weather permitting the yard service company is always cutting the grass and trimming things neat. It is very quiet here. We both grew up in nice homes so these people can't say that we don't know any better. I am very sad to say that we are moving out of state for our job. I will miss this place and the management. Very nice and quickley responds to anything that needs their attention. There is also nothing wrong with the basketball court. It is paved with hoops and proper boundaries on the ground. Toys around the property, kids will be kids get over it. Have some and maybe you will understand. Ours are too young to go out and leave things about so don't think you can say that some of the kids doing this must be ours. Get a life and find something better to do with your time than bad mouth a nice place just because you may not get along with someone or the like the rules. It is very different up here than Florida. I know because we also moved here from down there. Go back if you don't like it. The buildings were painted last year and new sills for the window closings. Just leave, know one wants you here anyway.

....The buildings don't look maintained and the surroundings scared you off to begin with??? ...ehh...what??? What scared you off?? Green Grass, trees, and woods - OH MY!! Are you reviewing the same place we are? The buildings are VERY well maintained, landscaping is always kept up on, the basketball court may look a little forgotten - I think because people forget it's there - but it still functions as a basketball court... The pool is always IMMACULATE during the summer months when it's open and as far as kids leaving toys around - what are you gonna do?? really - find legit things to complain about... I love it here.
