I've lived here since 2006...out of sheer necessity. I would have loved to move sooner but haven't been able. I'll be free from this place this summer!
The grounds are not well maintained. There are always bikes and childrens toys left scattered all over the place. Trash/food/cigarette butts are also some of the other various things you will find on the ground.
The playgrounds are laughable and often have broken glass in them along with other litter.
The worst thing about this complex is the children. The kids that live here run amuck with NO superivision. They are very loud and mouthy and have no respect for others or the property.
Drug use is an issue in some areas of the complex.
While parking IS assigned....others will just park in your spaces anyway.
Oh and if you like your car to look nice...do not move here. It will be hit more times than you know with various types of balls.
The only good things I have to say about this place is that heat and hot water are included and that you get a washer/dryer.

AMEN! I had the same complaints, but I was smart enough to get out of my lease.
