Goods and bads - I do not recommend - 1. Apartments are little old. 2. There is adequate parking but kids always play arnd in the parking lot. 3. If you stay in ground or first floor there is a lot of noise. I have spent a lot of sleepless nights (go for 2nd floor). I have complained but the only action thay take is put a piece of paper in-front of apartment. 4. Very near to shopping, gym and 95 Highway 5. Nice units, but no security The actual units are nice and seem to be well constructed - I can't hear any of my neighbors or the nearby highway. But it is hard to believe the amount of crime in this community, there's always something in the newspaper about a theft or break-in,

Alright the management sucks. Well to start of the buildings are built cheaply and poorly, the policy rules for pets does not exist everyone has a loud annoying dog in every hallway of the building. There are a few disgusting -------- who play catch in the in the parking lot and leave a bunch

So much for the new management Since I have have lived here, The new Management does not by any means go by the original Resident Rules&Regulations, For instants the Pet rules, And this how it states on the sheet.
