This place is very noisy. The local subway is next to this place. The people from office are not friendly. Be careful when you are not home, the people from maintenance may enter your room without your consent. Can?t get them to fix anything for us within short notice, CALL THEM earlier before things break down totally.



Parking: watch out for paints, may dripping onto your car when raining. It is tough to get a nice parking spot. It is assigned to you, tough luck if you want to change it, :(.



Toilet leakage is the worst problem i encounted. Water from toilet of upper level dripping down, ----!!!!! Took them a week to respond and fix it.



Lost mails, watch out for this problem!!! They change security guards very often. I would say every 6 month. This made me insecure, knowing many people come and go all the time. Can't move out except on the date you move in a year earlier or you will lose your deposit.

After all these remarks, if you don't mind the noisy, the train station is a 3-5 mintue walk away. The best part: the beach is just across street.
