Vistited this place twice over last 2 years.
Each time I visit, place seems like a ghost town. Although mgmt. would not confirm, place seems to have major vacancy issues. Seems as if property needs to be significantly updated. Although located adjacent to the beach, not too much around that's worthwile, although has good access to the T.
Noticed that owner had bankruptcy issues several years back -- would not be surprised if property is sold within next few years, although they'll probably have trouble finding a taker.
For what it's worth, I'm glad that I don't live at this place.
