We lived here from Sept 2004 to early Nov 2005. We found our we were being transferred out of state for work and tried for 2 months before our lease ended to reach someone in the office to let us know the exact day our lease ended and if we could go month to month until it was time for our move. We were told we would receive something in writing 30 days before the end of our lease. We waited and waited and nothing came. We were finally told to put something in writing ourselves, which we did, and only then did we hear from Fred (who we had already come to realize was very rude!) who told us basically "too late...you have to stay for another year." Turns out we had a self renewing lease that was never explained to us and we automatically signed on for another year! We still had to move for our jobs, so we have been trying to find a new renter...but the place is so empty I doubt we will. On moving day we were told we could use the frieght elevator (which had been broken for 2 weeks), but that day it remained broken. Our movers then got stuck in the only other elevator when it broke down! The woman in the office tried to call maintenance, but then went to show an apartment!! WE had to call the fire department. This is in Nov....the inspection stickers expired in JULY! Many other problems...too many to go into. We will be contacting the attorney general about the issues, especially since they are expecting us to pay rent when we aren't even there. For the amount we paid, it would have been nice if things worked around there. So if you're thinking of this place....DON'T!

My experience with this horrible management company is almost the same and perhaps a lot worse. I am gathering some hard evidences now and seriously thinking of going to law suit at this point. It would be great if we can go together!

i AM RUNNING INTO THE SAME PROBLEM AND AND IT'S FUNNY I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEAN, I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR THE DURATION OF THE TIME THAT THE ELEVATORS HAVE NOT WORKED!
