Horrible.

We moved to this apartment in Revere, MA upon moving to MA from Texas. Needless to say it was quite a change for us.
Unfortunately we didn't have time to do a lot of research on apartments before we moved, so we chose a place outside of Boston with comparitively low rent. Now, even as I look for more reviews of this place, I find none.
Therefore I am taking it upon myself to warn others of this apartment complex.
The maintenance is poor to non-existent. There is an on-site maintenance man who never comes when paged and slept through the 4-5 nights when the fire alarm went off between 2 and 5am (due to a malfunction, not a fire).
We've been without or with very very little hot water since Thanksgiving (it is now the middle of january). I'm not talking about lukewarm water either. It is ICE COLD. After several phone calls and letters to the management office, I have now written letters to the attorney general.
The walls are so thin they might as well not even be there. We hear everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) that goes on above and next to us, not to mention the fact that the people in the hallways sound like they are IN our living room with us.
The building is not safe from theft. We've had 2 bicycles stolen, as well as a few boxes stolen right out of our moving truck when we moved in.
Getting a package delievered is such a hassle, I would recommend getting a post office box.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. And tell everyone you know not to either.
