great place but raises rent too much,tries to compete with boston and isn't

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2003
i enjoyed living there but they raise the rent every year, to compete with Boston rents, and isn't even remotely Boston...the maintenance staff is o.k. but their priorities are new tenants, once you move in and have been there, they don't care if your house is flooding, just hope their not trying to get an apt. ready for a "new tenant"..because you'll drown....overall it's o.k. but like i said if you like a personal touch your not gonna get it....
