I've lived in this place for less than a year and although it looks really nice and the amenities are great, it's not worth the money. My apartment flooded the 1st month i moved in and the property manager said they weren't liable for damages..they charge an illegal pet fee upfront (illegal in MASS)...the people who work in the management office are pretty dumb. I've seen police cars there several times since I've moved in. My friend who lives there has had to call them a few times. I'm pretty sure that it's section 8 housing in some areas of the complex...and it's poorly constructed too..aside from the flood, my ceiling has had a leak in it twice.

What's wrong with people on Section 8 living in some areas of the building?I agree there are your losers on Section 8 but I have it and I happen to be a single parent who works, takes care of a child and pursue my nursing degree.I wouldn't be so quick to judge everyone.
