Good things: clean, looks nice, central parking garage, price, easy access to Boston, ammenities are good (gym, business center,pool, basketball court).

Not Good: noise level on weekends, thin walls - hear a lot from room next to you and above you, the people - not respectful enough for my taste...too loud, security is terrible, ongoing construction is loud every day, rules seem to change - can no longer rent out the "club room", and did I say that the noise on weekends is out of control. Management does nothing to police the noise.

There is much promise here at Overlook, but they are far away from realizing it. New renters think they are getting more than they really are. Because it is new, it definitely is nice and feels like luxury living. Once the demand for the apartments go up, the prices will go up, and a different type of tenant will begin to occupy the buildings. They are likely a year or two away from this. My lease is up soon and I'm torn about whether to stay or go - there are good things, but the bad things are annoying.
