Ive lived here with my girlfriend for over a year now and our the end of our lease is coming up. This is a horrible place to live, weve had so much problems ever since we moved in!
everything fell apart. From door knobs, to mouldings, kitchen sink, and dishwasher ( WEVE NEVER USED IT!) and so forth. This place is horribly constructed! who the ---- places a towel rack in the middle of the bathroom when your shower is on the other side of the room! We lived next to a family who had 8 little abnoxious kids!! whos parents would beat them everyday, so you would hear them screaming their lungs out.
Ive also had my car broken into 2 times, the first time I approached front office and sec. on any cameras available on the premises. they said NO. so i let it go thinking it was a random act. 2 months later it was broken into again!!.. this time my girlfriend notified front office where they rudely shot back, " Its not OUR problem! its a police problem." Then why the ---- is security here for!' to patrol the front lobby and make sure no one steals from the vending machines'! or to make sure they complete their crossword puzzle before the end of the shift'
There is no sense of security whatsoever, If you do decide to live here make sure you lock your top your lock! I used a credit card as my home key for 2 weeks before finding my keys again. My walls have streak marks from furniture bumps. Oh and you think a little dab of water can remove the streak marks'! NOPE!! then the paint starts coming off. Ive had interior paint jobs done before and never have i seen such ------ paint jobs.
HEATING bill is outrageous b.c of drafty windows.
I have to put on jogging pants to throw my damm trash away! its on the opposite side of the damn building. I think ive spent more money on trash bags in this year than i have any other place b.c i have to make sure the size of my bag is the same size as managements' brain.

Hello, We are 2 professionals,thinking of moving in. We've viewed many of the apartments of the past weekend and were very impressed with the design,location, since we work in downtown and ammenities, but after reading all these reviews we are kind of scared now. It seems that it's not safe, and management is bad. Could someone tell us, the type of clientale that lives in these apartments. I understand that section 8 also lives in these apartments, which is fine, but my main concern is the saftey, and type of people residing in the building. thank you!!
