My girlfriend and I moved in because of it's location to Boston and the ammenities offered by the facility. The price was on the high side of our budget but when we compared to other locations you can't beat it. I don't know what any of these other people are talking about. We have found the office staff to be nothing but helpful. As far as package delivery goes that policy does need to be amended so people who work later than 5pm can pick up packages during the week. Other then that the ameneties are open reasonable hours that anyone can use them (example fitness room from 5am til midnight). I have had no problem with parking or unruly tennants. As far as our gas and electric bills go we have had no problems and the cost is nothing outragious. Our gas bill for Febuary was just $25. We kept the heat on 65 and the temp in the apartment was aways at 70 and comfortable. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. That one person was right about the noise on the weekends getting loud near the lobby but it is nothing terrible.
