Good service but noisy on weekends From: marcopolo1968 Date posted: 6/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have to agree with all of the comments above. The walls are too thin and there is a lot of noise in the ammenities on the weekend. I think that they allow too many people to use the basketball court at once. I see the lifeguard at the pool has a log book for who visits the pool I think theat they should have one for the basketball court. It is nice because it is indoors but it seems that there are many NON-residents there, I guess that it is not policed too much though. There have been a few requests for the maintanence team so far not one has been ignored but there were issues that should not come up in a 'virgin' apartment. We live in the 2nd building and the electrical outlets fell into the wall and the barnd new appliances already broke. I guess they are Maytag but they must not be the top of the line models. Everything was fixed quickly but they were supposedly new why would this happen. As far as section 8, I pay $1790 a month for a two bed two bath. Do not let me find out somebody is section8 and paying half of that here. I think it is improbable that they have section 8 here. The one big complaint is the noise here: too thin walls and too many non-residents in the basketball courts. There are sometimes kids under the age of 18 in the INternet busness center too, in particular a chubby kid with black hair that never seems ashamed to ask a user to open the door for him. Why does he not have a key, where are his parents' The fitness room is well stocked but only has 4 running machines for 300 apartments, between 5 and 7 on weeknites there are sometimes 4 runners, oh well. I am 50% done on my lease 18 months on a 15 month term, 3 free months rent. Will I re-lease'' I hope to buy a house. I am not going to move unless I do.
