Like many other residents, I chose to stay at Overlook since it was a new construction, and the various amenities such as the fitness center and basketball court was really attractive.

However, the management staff were very dishonest. They claimed that BBQ grills will be placed near the pool, but that hasn't happened yet. Construction is supposed to begin at 8am, but construction vehicles start moving closer to 7am. We were told there wouldn't be any construction on Saturdays but they start work around the same time on Saturdays too, so you can forget about sleeping in.

The utilities is also a huge issue. We're paying around $200 per month, and when we were away during Spring break the electric bill actually went up.

If your neighbor has a party or watches a movie at night, forget about getting any sleep because the walls are razor thin.
