I moved in on the premise construction started at 9AM on weekdays and was not on weekends at all... what a lie!! construction begins between 6-7AM on weekdays and also Saturday so goodluck if you like peace and quiet...
It's badly constructed overall you can hear everything your neighbors do or say we actually have had a problem with our neighbors in the past and the management is horrible they wont do anything they're entirelly useless they are only there to collect money and pretend to be nice to you... This seems to be a place that lets in section 8.. FYI so it's not as nice as it seems...
our electrical outlets have fallen into the walls numerous times... brand new amneities break down repeatedly... so basically if you like peace and quiet and don't want to be constantly lied to by the management don't live here!!
