My experience is has been entirely negative since the day I moved in. Upon moving in I was extremely excited to be apart of the OR community; we had a gym, a pool, "bar", aerobic room, theatre room, and the overall ambiance reminds you of a 5 star hotel.
Then reality hits. The walls are paper thin and the whole apartment was cheaply made. All the appliances break, you can't get a good nights rest due to the 6am blasts from construction, you can hear a baby crawling on the floor above you and management is totally dispecable. Over the course of a year they have physically lost 3 of my rent checks. Customer service is truly not their forte. The hot water doesn't stay hot, but just slightly warm. We aren't allowed to reserve or rent out the amenities, which they said we could do upon moving in.
If I could do it all over again I would not even drive by Overlook Ridge.

I live there and this review is such an exaggeration. Sounds like you didn't pay your rent on time and management got on you about it. You got pissed off so and just make stuff up. Get a life.

I travel frequently so my rent checks are automatically sent in the middle of the month for the following months rent by my bank. OR Management has lost several of them, so I would venture to guess that this tenant has probably had some of the same experiences.
